Yes. Beginners can join suitable programs, while students with previous yoga experience can choose training that matches their existing knowledge and goals.
We currently offer training across four destinations: Arambol, Goa, India; Galle, Sri Lanka; Koh Samui, Thailand; and Ubud, Bali, depending on the course and scheduled intake.
Yes. Diksha Yoga School is a Yoga Alliance Registered School with RYS 200, RYS 300 and RYS 500 registrations. Students should check individual program details for applicable certification and current requirements.
Inclusions depend on the course, destination and package. Depending on the program, residential training may include accommodation, meals, training materials, teaching sessions, personal guidance and selected experiences.
