About the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program
Want to go deeper into yoga, but not ready to commit to a full 200-hour course? This 11-day residential training in Goa is made for you. It suits dedicated practitioners, beginners curious about teaching, and anyone who wants a focused yoga immersion. You don't need to be advanced or flexible to join.
Each day begins with pranayama and asana and ends with an evening flow, covering Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga foundations. In between, you study meditation, philosophy and an introduction to anatomy, and take your first steps in teaching through guided practice sessions. With no more than 10 students in a group, your teachers watch your practice closely and give you personal feedback.
You leave with a 100-hour certificate of completion and a clear sense of whether teaching is your next step. If it is, your 100 hours count toward our 200-hour training, so nothing you learn here is wasted.
You live and train at The Lotus Sutra, a beachfront venue on Arambol Beach in North Goa. Your room, three sattvic vegetarian meals a day and Wi-Fi are all included from €1,200, so all you need to arrange is your travel.
Batches start on the 5th and 16th of every month until May. See dates and fees →
