About the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

Diksha Yoga School's 28-day residential 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India is designed for yoga teachers and experienced practitioners who are ready to move beyond the foundations of a 200-hour training and teach with greater depth, skill, and confidence.

This advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training in Goa builds on what you already know. You will deepen your Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga foundations, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Alignment, and adjustments directly to your teaching through daily practice, theory, observation, and hands-on learning.

The training goes beyond advanced postures. You will plan and teach full classes, build progressive sequences, refine your verbal cueing, practice hands-on adjustments, and adapt classes for different levels, with personal feedback from our founder, Yogini Manisha (E-RYT 500), and our teaching team. You will leave with sharper observation, clearer communication, and a teaching style that is your own.

You will live and train for 28 days at The Lotus Sutra in Arambol, away from everyday distractions, with dedicated time for practice, meditation, and self-study. As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 300), we award a 300-hour certificate on completion, and your hours count toward RYT 500 registration with Yoga Alliance.
