Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the course or retreat start date, your deposit can be transferred to a future program within a year of your original booking.

Refunds: If you cancel within 30 days of the course start date, the full payment may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Course Cancellations by Diksha Yoga: In the rare case that Diksha Yoga must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded or transferred to a future course, depending on your preference.

Mantra chanting is a traditional practice of using a word or a statement for meditation purposes. It has many psychological benefits and also improves focus and attention and reduces the mood swings as the vibrations of mantras. As a part of our course, we make sure our students learn some of the mantras that they can start chanting in their daily life

Shatkarma is a set of six internal cleansing practices. The word internal is very important here, as it works towards the purification of your internal body as well as mind. Some of the practices are challenging as one has to let go of fear and clear the mind. So, this is a very good activity to take control of the mind along with cleansing. We make our students do some basic as well as intense shatkarma practices, so they can follow them consistently for long-term health benefits

Asana teaching is more than just practice. It is about understanding the physiological and physical impact on the overall body and mind. All these things are covered in different sessions like anatomy and alignment. When one practices with this level of awareness, it becomes more effective.

As a Yoga teacher, one must know the art of creating new sequences based on the theme of Vinyasa flow. This is also trained and tested as the students have to give classes to fellow students during the last week which will test their creative as well as teaching skills

In the alignment and adjustment class, we train our students by providing all the possible variations for beginners and less flexible students. This is where as a teacher you will have real learning opportunities.

We ensure each and every posture name is explained and put it in practise so the students remember them by the end of the course
