What You Will Learn - Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Syllabus
Hatha yoga is the most basic and widely practised yoga style. This becomes the base of several modern yoga techniques as well. These asanas require patience and controlled movements. In this course, you will learn the various asanas of hatha yoga, its theory, and the methodology of performing the asanas by emphasising the alignment of the postures for a longer period of time.
Next, what you will learn is another beautiful form of yoga asana that also makes a perfect base for any certified yoga teacher. Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa flow is known for quick transitions. This is a flowing form of yoga where asanas keep coming and going, and you keep performing one and the other, where breathing becomes the transition. It helps the body, soul, and mind in various ways. So, in this course, you will be taught the theory, the asanas, the methodology, the precautions, and the contradictions of Vinyasa flow style yoga.
When you sequence a yoga class as a yoga teacher, you also have to include various mindful techniques as well as meditation in it to make it more meaningful and beneficial. Cancellations: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the course or retreat start date, your deposit can be transferred to a future program within a year of your original booking.

Mantra chanting is a traditional practice of using a word or a statement for meditation purposes. It has many psychological benefits and also improves focus and attention and reduces the mood swings as the vibrations of mantras. As a part of our course, we make sure our students learn some of the mantras that they can start chanting in their daily life
Shatkarma is a set of six internal cleansing practices. The word internal is very important here, as it works towards the purification of your internal body as well as mind. Some of the practices are challenging as one has to let go of fear and clear the mind. So, this is a very good activity to take control of the mind along with cleansing. We make our students do some basic as well as intense shatkarma practices, so they can follow them consistently for long-term health benefits
Asana teaching is more than just practice. It is about understanding the physiological and physical impact on the overall body and mind. All these things are covered in different sessions like anatomy and alignment. When one practices with this level of awareness, it becomes more effective.
As a Yoga teacher, one must know the art of creating new sequences based on the theme of Vinyasa flow. This is also trained and tested as the students have to give classes to fellow students during the last week which will test their creative as well as teaching skills
In the alignment and adjustment class, we train our students by providing all the possible variations for beginners and less flexible students. This is where as a teacher you will have real learning opportunities.
