Why November is a good time for yoga teacher training in Sri Lanka

  • Green and warm. November is a transitional month on the south coast, with tropical warmth and occasional showers that keep the countryside lush.
  • Quieter than peak season. The busiest months are December to March, so November feels calmer around Galle.
  • Ahead of the dry season. Finish your training just as the south coast’s best weather begins in December.
  • Your most affordable option. Sri Lanka’s triple shared rooms make it our lowest-priced location for 50 and 100 hour courses.

Which November course is right for you?

  • 50 hour (7 days, from €700): a one-week immersion, and our lowest-priced course anywhere.
  • 100 hour (11 days, from €1,000): deepen your practice and try teaching. Counts toward our 200 hour training.
  • 200 hour (23 days, from €2,000): become a certified teacher and register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.
  • 300 hour (28 days, from €2,700): advanced training for teachers who already hold a 200 hour certificate.
