Ready to take your teaching further?
Your 200-hour training taught you how to lead a class. A 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Sri Lanka teaches you how to teach — to read the students in front of you, build sequences with purpose, adjust with confidence and bring real depth into every class.

Groups are capped at 10 students, every batch is taught by our teaching team in the method of our founder, Yogini Manisha (E-RYT 500), and your hours count toward Yoga Alliance RYT 500. Batches start on the 5th of every month from November 2026 to May 2027.

Who is the 300-hour training for?
This is an intermediate-to-advanced course for people who already have a steady practice and want to go deeper — in their own yoga and in how they teach it.
- 200-hour yoga teacher training graduates continuing toward RYT 500.
- Working yoga teachers who want sharper sequencing, cueing, observation and hands-on adjustments.
- Teachers returning to study who want a month away from their own classes to practise, learn and get feedback.
- Experienced practitioners ready to begin their teacher training at an advanced level.
- Wellness and movement professionals with a yoga background who want advanced study.
Do I need a 200-hour certificate first? No. An established personal practice is recommended, but no certificate is required. Keep in mind that Yoga Alliance‘s RYT 500 needs both a 200-hour and a 300-hour certificate, so if you start here you would complete a 200-hour course afterwards. If you’re unsure which level suits you, read about what changes after your 200-hour certification.
