I know one magical place hidden in the magnificent Himalayas, quiet and cozy, surrounded by beautiful Nature, Yoga full of flowers, butterflies and unforgettable smell of freshly-baked bread. This place is always full of smile, music and.. Yoga! This place is called “TRIMURTI GARDEN” and it consists of: one cozy and eko-friendly guesthouse (7 rooms), one small cafe/restaurant with delicious thali and one (& music) hall. It is located just above Dharamsala, in Lower Dharamkot, around 15 minutes from Macleod Ganji – the place famous for being a residence of His Holiness Dalai Lama and the Tibetan community in India.

Yoga Teacher Training

Dharamsala and upper villages are being Yoga Teacher Training Dharamsala visited every year by many tourists who either want to listen to lectures of Dalai Lama, or meditate in the mountains with an amazing weather (while other parts of India are extremely hot in April, May and June Dharamsala and Himachal Pradesh are pleasant and fresh) and delicious Tibetan food. If you are really lucky you can meet here among the crowd even Richard Gere (as he is the most famous Dalai Lama’s follower). If not personally at least on the pictures hanging in every second Tibetan shop in the town.

Yoga in Himalayas

Yoga in Himalayas Trimurti Garden is like an oasis – hidden far away from the modern civilization, all the contemporary gadgets, big malls and crowds. It is modest, simple, and feels like home.

The name of our school comes from this place. To underline my connection and love towards this small corner of the World and the family living there.

Trimurti Garden

When I found Trimurti Garden few years back while my Indian journey I felt like in Paradise. After hot Rajastan, laud and hectic Delhi, trains, crowds and chaos I felt like home far away from home. The place is run by Meera – modest and always busy German lady, mom of three beautiful daughters and Ashok Jee – Indian amazing tabla player and teacher. I took a rest in their garden and felt like never before in India! Their hospitality, their food, their flowers, their dogs – everything just made me feel comfortable, calm and happy!

Yoga in Peace and safety

I am really honored to run my school just right there! There is no better place in India to practice Yoga in Peace and safety, with a great intimacy, with a tremendous respect for your inner space and silence, connected to the Nature and an amazing magnitude of Himalayas.

Trimurti Garden Dharamsala spent last 5 Springs in Dharamsala and I feel it is never enough! I keep on coming back here, again and again, as Yoga tastes in Trimurti Hall as nowhere else:-) This spring we will start in April, and stay there till June – teaching Yoga and enjoying this magnificent place!
