A typical day
Classes run Monday to Saturday, from Jal Neti and pranayama at 6:30 AM and morning asana, through philosophy, alignment, meditation, anatomy and teaching methodology, to evening Vinyasa Flow and satsang at 8:30 PM. Sunday is a rest day.
