Why choose yoga teacher training in Goa in January?
- Ideal weather. January is one of the driest, most comfortable months in Goa: sunny days, cool mornings for practice and pleasant evenings.
- Quieter after the holidays. The Christmas and New Year rush is over, so beaches and cafés are calmer.
- A fresh start. Begin the year with 11 days of daily practice, study and reflection, and go home with habits that last. Explore our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa.
- Arambol’s magic. Also known as Harmal, this relaxed village in North Goa is known for its long beach, cliff-top views and beautiful sunsets. Discover more about Arambol Beach and Goa.
- Small groups. No more than 10 students, so you get personal feedback every day.
Goa also gives you something a studio course at home can’t: training in India, the birthplace of yoga. You practise where these traditions began, eat fresh sattvic food prepared for you and spend 11 days away from work and routine. Many students say this is what makes a yoga teacher training in Goa life-changing, not just educational. Your teacher
You train directly with our founder, Yogini Manisha (E-RYT 500, YACEP). She has more than 16 years of experience and has guided over 23,000 students from more than 80 countries. Her own training began in Goa, and she has completed three 200-hour and two 300-hour teacher trainings, so she knows the student’s side of a TTC well.
With her experience as an experienced yoga educator at a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, she focuses on developing confident, mindful and authentic yoga teachers.
In her words: “Flexible yoga teachers are easy to find. A meditative, authentic one is much harder to find, and that is the teacher I want you to become.”
I am delighted to have followed the yoga teacher training to Diksha yoga. A team of yogi and Yoginis are very professional, caring, hand on the heart and especially passionate…all this in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. The setting was very nice.Very good meal and nice staff. Beautiful meeting in the training. Thank you for this beautiful experience of life and transformation. Namaste. – Sabrina Coqk May 2014
