“A Beautiful Journey Into Breathwork and Pranayama”
I joined the 50-Hour Breathwork & Pranayama Training in Goa to deepen my understanding of conscious breathing and meditation. The sessions were well-structured, and I learned practical breathing techniques that I can include in my daily routine. The peaceful atmosphere near Arambol Beach made the experience even more special. I left feeling more confident and connected with my practice.
