practise for a few hours each day. It is a way of living with greater awareness, compassion, discipline, and balance.

This belief is at the heart of every course we teach.

Over the years, I have met students from every stage of life. Some arrive after years of practising yoga, while others step onto a yoga mat for the very first time. Despite their different backgrounds, they all share something in common—a desire to learn, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

That is why our mission has always been simple.

To preserve the authenticity of traditional yoga while making it accessible to modern practitioners from around the world.

Rather than rushing students through a curriculum, we focus on helping each individual truly understand what they are learning. Every student brings a unique story, different experiences, and different reasons for beginning their yoga journey.

Some arrive hoping to become yoga teachers.

Some want to reconnect with themselves after stressful careers.

Some are searching for healing, balance, or simply a meaningful break from everyday life.

No matter why they come, our commitment is always the same—to meet each student with patience, respect, and genuine care.

Watching students arrive feeling uncertain and leave with confidence is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching. Many of our graduates continue to teach yoga professionally around the world, while others tell us that the greatest transformation happened within themselves. They return home with healthier habits, greater self-awareness, lasting friendships, and a deeper appreciation of yoga as a lifelong practice.

Those experiences are the true measure of choose a Yoga Teacher Training, it is this:

Choose your teacher before you choose your destination.

Beautiful beaches, <a transform your understanding of yoga.

Your teacher will.

After more than sixteen years of teaching yoga and guiding over 23,000 students, I have realised that every student arrives carrying something different.

Some arrive excited.

Some arrive nervous.

Some quietly wonder if they are good enough.

Others believe they are too old, not flexible enough, or have started yoga too late.

As teachers, our responsibility is not simply to demonstrate postures or deliver lectures.

Our responsibility is to help every student discover confidence within themselves.

That is the philosophy we more than sixty countries, each bringing different cultures, life experiences, and reasons for stepping onto the yoga mat.

Some wanted to become professional <a why each practice matters.

Why we breathe in a certain way.

Why alignment protects the body.

Why stillness can sometimes teach us more than movement.

Why philosophy remains just as relevant today as it was thousands of years ago.

These conversations often become the moments students remember long after href="https://www.dikshayogaschool.com/100-hour-yoga-teacher-training-in-thailand.php">Thailand is that our teaching never feels rushed.

We do not believe learning happens by memorising sequences.

It happens through observation.

Practice.

Reflection.

Questions.

Feedback.

Every day during the course, we spend time walking around the room, observing each student carefully.

Sometimes a small adjustment in alignment completely changes the way a posture feels.

Sometimes a simple breathing cue helps a student find stability they never knew they had.

Sometimes all someone needs is reassurance that they are already progressing exactly as they should.

These small moments cannot happen in large classes where teachers have little time for individual guidance.

That is why we intentionally keep our groups small.

Every student deserves to feel supported.

Not only during practice but throughout their entire journey.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" Teachers

Over the years, I have noticed something very interesting.

Students who receive more individual attention almost always develop greater confidence—not only in their own practice but also when they begin teaching others.

In smaller groups, there is time to ask questions without hesitation.

Time to receive detailed alignment corrections.

Time to practise teaching.

Time to make mistakes.

And perhaps most importantly…

Time to grow.

Rather than feeling like one person among dozens of students, you become part of a learning community where teachers genuinely understand your strengths, your challenges, and the areas where you need encouragement.

This creates an atmosphere where confidence develops naturally.

By the end of the course, students who once felt nervous about speaking in front of others often find themselves leading complete yoga classes with calmness and clarity.

That transformation is one of the greatest rewards of teaching.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" Instead, we believe every hour should help you build a deeper understanding of yoga, giving you knowledge that stays with you long after the course has ended.

Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand is carefully structured to create a strong foundation for your yoga journey. During our Hatha Yoga practice, we slow everything down.

We learn to stand with awareness.

To breathe consciously.

To move with intention rather than speed.

Instead of asking, “How advanced is this posture?” we ask, “What is this posture teaching me?”

This approach helps students develop stability, patience, and body awareness—qualities that benefit every style of yoga they practise in the future.

Vinyasa Flow – Learning to Move with Breath

Once students develop awareness through Hatha Yoga, they naturally begin to explore movement.

This is where Vinyasa Flow becomes such a beautiful practice.

Many people think Vinyasa is simply moving quickly from one posture to another.

In reality, Vinyasa teaches something much deeper.

It teaches rhythm.

Breath.

Presence.

Flow.

During our training, students learn how to connect movement with conscious breathing while maintaining safe alignment throughout each sequence.

Instead of simply memorising Sun Salutations, we explore why each transition matters, how to create balanced sequences, and how to teach classes that feel both creative and safe.

These skills become invaluable for anyone who dreams of teaching yoga in the future.

<figure experiences for many students happens before we even begin moving.

It happens when we sit quietly and breathe.

In yoga, breath is much more than oxygen entering the lungs.

It is the bridge between the body and the mind.

Through practices such as Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, and Ujjayi breathing, students begin to notice how conscious breathing influences their energy, concentration, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.

Many graduates later tell us that pranayama became one of the most valuable practices they took home—not because it was difficult, but because it became something they could use every single day.

<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="683" the Quiet Within

When many students arrive, they tell me,

“I don’t think I can meditate because my mind never stops thinking.”

I always smile.

Because meditation is not about stopping your thoughts.

It is about changing your relationship with them.

Throughout the course, we introduce different meditation techniques that help students cultivate focus, awareness, and inner calm.

There is no pressure to have a perfectly silent mind.

Instead, students gradually learn how to observe their thoughts without becoming controlled by them.

For many, this becomes one of the most life-changing parts of the entire training.

Yoga Philosophy – Understanding the Heart of Yoga

If yoga were only about physical postures, it would simply be another form of exercise.

What makes yoga unique is the wisdom that supports the practice.

Our philosophy classes are not taught as ancient theories to memorise for an examination.

Instead, we explore how teachings from texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika can help us live with greater awareness, compassion, discipline, and contentment in modern life.

These discussions often become some of the most meaningful conversations during the training because students begin to see yoga as something they live—not something they only practise.

Anatomy and Alignment – Teaching with Confidence and Safety

One of the greatest responsibilities of a yoga teacher is keeping students safe.

That is why anatomy and alignment play such an important role in every training we offer.

Rather than memorising complex medical terminology, we focus on understanding how the body moves, why alignment matters, and how to adapt postures for different abilities.

Students learn how to recognise common alignment mistakes, understand healthy movement patterns, and guide others with greater confidence.

This knowledge not only improves your own practice but also prepares you to teach responsibly.

<figure they could never teach a yoga class.

By the end of the course, something remarkable happens.

They begin trusting themselves.

Teaching methodology is about much more than learning how to sequence postures.

It is about communication.

Observation.

Leadership.

Presence.

Compassion.

Throughout the training, students practise giving verbal cues, demonstrating postures, assisting classmates, and leading short classes in a supportive environment.

There is no expectation to be perfect.

Mistakes become opportunities to learn.

Questions become opportunities to grow.

Little by little, confidence replaces fear.

Watching that transformation is one of the most rewarding parts of being a teacher.

Every Subject Has a Purpose

When you look at our curriculum, you will see <a and breathtaking sunsets. These natural surroundings certainly make your experience more enjoyable.

But yoga has always been about creating the right environment for inner growth.

When you step away from the constant distractions of daily life, something begins to change. You wake up with the sunrise instead of your phone. You spend more time breathing than rushing. You replace noise with birdsong, traffic with ocean waves, and stress with stillness.

That change of environment allows students to become fully present in their practice.

Many students tell me that by the third or fourth day of the course, they already feel calmer, sleep better, and begin noticing small positive changes in both body and mind.

That is the gift Koh Samui offers.

It gives you the space to slow down.

And when life slows down, learning becomes much deeper.

Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand is not simply about attending yoga classes. Diksha Yoga School different from the many yoga schools in Thailand?”

The truth is, there are many wonderful yoga schools, and I respect every teacher who shares yoga with sincerity.

We don’t believe in saying we are the “best.”

Instead, we believe our students tell that story far better than we ever could.

When I read messages from graduates months or even years after they complete their training, I notice the same words appearing again and again.

They don’t usually talk about mastering advanced postures.

They don’t tell me their life changed because they finally perfected Crow Pose or themselves.

Many tell me they finally discovered that yoga is not something they practise.

It becomes the way they live.

For me, that is the greatest success any teacher could hope for.

<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="500" height="750" different every student’s journey becomes.

Some students arrive after years of practising yoga and want to refine their teaching skills.

Others arrive having practised for only a few months.

Some have never imagined becoming a yoga teacher.

Some simply want to reconnect with themselves after years of putting everyone else first.

Yet something beautiful happens during every course.

By sharing daily practice, meals, conversations, <a path.

There is no competition.

Only growth.

A Learning Whether they write to us from Europe, Australia, the United States, or Asia, the first question is almost always the same: “How do I know which yoga school is right for me?” It is an important question because Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand is about much more than selecting a beautiful destination or finding the lowest price. It is about choosing the teachers who will guide you, the community you will live with, and the experience that has the potential to change the way you see yoga—and perhaps even yourself. After teaching yoga for more than 16 years and guiding over 23,000 students on their yoga journey, I have learned that students rarely remember the room they stayed in or the cost of the course. What they remember is how they felt during those days. They remember the teacher who believed in them when they lacked confidence. They remember the first time they stood in front of a class and realised, “I can actually do this.” They remember the quiet moments during meditation when life finally slowed down. They remember laughing with people from different countries who soon felt like family. And they remember leaving with a version of themselves they never expected to discover. That is the experience we have always wanted to create at Diksha Yoga School When I founded Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand, my vision was never to build just another Yoga Alliance Registered School or simply offer another certification. My dream was to create a place where students feel genuinely supported, where learning is personal, and where yoga is taught as a complete way of life—not just a sequence of postures. Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand is designed for anyone who wants to build a strong foundation in authentic yoga. Some students join because they are complete beginners who want to explore yoga more deeply. Others come because they are considering a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand but would first like to experience the yogic lifestyle. Many of our graduates later return to continue their journey through our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, while others begin with our 50 Hour Yoga Teacher Training as an introduction to traditional yoga. Every course is part of one continuous path of learning, growth, and self-discovery. Our school is located on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, where tropical beaches, peaceful surroundings, and a slower pace of life create the perfect environment for yoga. But while Koh Samui offers a stunning setting, we believe it is the quality of the teaching—not just the location—that makes a Yoga Teacher Training truly unforgettable. Throughout this article, I would like to share what makes Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand different from many other yoga schools in Thailand. Not to say we are the only good school—Thailand is home to many wonderful yoga communities—but to help you understand the values, teaching philosophy, and personal approach that have shaped our school from the very beginning. If you are looking for a 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand that combines traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and personal mentorship within a supportive international community, I hope this guide helps you decide whether Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand feels like the right place for your journey. Our Mission at Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand At Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand, we believe that yoga is not something you simply practise for a few hours each day. Every asana, every breathing practice, every meditation, and every philosophy class is taught with purpose, helping students experience yoga rather than simply memorise it. Whether you join our 50 Hour, 100 Hour, 200 Hour, or 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, our goal remains the same: to provide an education that builds confidence, deepens self-awareness, and supports lifelong learning. At Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand, we are not simply preparing students to receive a certificate. We are helping them build a lifelong relationship with yoga. Trusted by Students Worldwide One of the greatest privileges of my teaching journey has been meeting students from all over the world. Over the past sixteen years, I have had the opportunity to guide more than 23,000 students from Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Asia, and many other parts of the world. Those experiences are the true measure of our success. For us, a certificate marks the completion of a course. The real achievement is seeing our students leave inspired, confident, and ready to continue their journey—wherever it may take them. Learn from a Teacher Who Sees Your Potential If there is one piece of advice I give to every student before they choose a Yoga Teacher Training, it is this: Choose your teacher before you choose your destination. Beautiful beaches, comfortable accommodation, and tropical weather are wonderful additions to your experience, but they are not what will transform your understanding of yoga. That is the philosophy we follow at Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand Whether you join our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand, continue with our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, or return later for our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, you will never be treated as just another student in the room. You will be known by your name. Your progress will be noticed. Your questions will always be welcome. Because real learning happens through connection, not numbers. Meet Yogini Manisha – Founder and Lead Teacher Yoga has been my life’s path for more than sixteen years. Throughout this journey, I have had the privilege of teaching students from more than sixty countries, each bringing different cultures, life experiences, and reasons for stepping onto the yoga mat. Some wanted to become professional yoga teachers. Others simply wanted to understand themselves better. Many had never imagined they would one day stand confidently in front of a yoga class. Watching that transformation has always been the most meaningful part of my work. I believe yoga should never feel intimidating. It should feel welcoming. Every class I teach is designed to help students understand not only how to practise yoga but also why each practice matters. Why we breathe in a certain way. Why alignment protects the body. Why stillness can sometimes teach us more than movement. Why philosophy remains just as relevant today as it was thousands of years ago. These conversations often become the moments students remember long after they have completed their training. My goal has never been to create students who simply imitate their teacher. My goal is to help each student discover their own authentic voice as both a practitioner and, if they choose, as a future yoga teacher. A Personal Teaching Approach You Can Feel Every Day One of the biggest differences students notice at Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand is that our teaching never feels rushed. Why Small Groups Create Better Yoga Teachers Over the years, I have noticed something very interesting. Students who receive more individual attention almost always develop greater confidence—not only in their own practice but also when they begin teaching others. In smaller groups, there is time to ask questions without hesitation. Time to receive detailed alignment corrections. Time to practise teaching. Time to make mistakes. And perhaps most importantly… Time to grow. A Curriculum Designed to Help You Understand Yoga—Not Just Memorise It One of the questions I often hear from students before they join our training is, “Will 100 hours really make a difference?” My answer is always the same. Absolutely—if those 100 hours are taught with purpose. At Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand, we don’t believe that yoga education is about trying to fit as much information as possible into a short course. Instead, we believe every hour should help you build a deeper understanding of yoga, giving you knowledge that stays with you long after the course has ended. Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand is carefully structured to create a strong foundation for your yoga journey. Whether your goal is to deepen your personal practice or continue towards a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, every class has been designed to prepare you step by step. Rather than rushing from one topic to another, we guide you through each subject in a way that feels practical, inspiring, and easy to understand. Because learning yoga should never feel overwhelming. It should feel meaningful. Traditional Hatha Yoga – Building a Strong Foundation Every beautiful building begins with a strong foundation. Yoga is no different. That is why Hatha Yoga forms the heart of our training. Many students today are introduced to fast-paced yoga classes before they fully understand how the body moves, how breath supports movement, or how proper alignment protects the joints. During our Hatha Yoga practice, we slow everything down. We learn to stand with awareness. To breathe consciously. To move with intention rather than speed. Instead of asking, “How advanced is this posture?” we ask, “What is this posture teaching me?” This approach helps students develop stability, patience, and body awareness—qualities that benefit every style of yoga they practise in the future. Vinyasa Flow – Learning to Move with Breath Once students develop awareness through Hatha Yoga, they naturally begin to explore movement. Pranayama – The Bridge Between Body and Mind One of the most transformative experiences for many students happens before we even begin moving. Meditation – Discovering the Quiet Within When many students arrive, they tell me, “I don’t think I can meditate because my mind never stops thinking.” I always smile. Yoga Philosophy – Understanding the Heart of Yoga If yoga were only about physical postures, it would simply be another form of exercise. Anatomy and Alignment – Teaching with Confidence and Safety One of the greatest responsibilities of a yoga teacher is keeping students safe. Teaching Methodology – Finding Your Own Voice Many students arrive believing they could never teach a yoga class. Every Subject Has a Purpose When you look at our curriculum, you will see Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy, Alignment, and Teaching Methodology. They may appear to be separate subjects. But they are all connected. Each one supports the others. Each one helps you become a more mindful practitioner, a more confident communicator, and a more compassionate teacher. Whether your journey continues into our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand or eventually leads to our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, this 100-hour program gives you the foundation to grow with confidence. At Diksha Yoga School 100 Hour TTC Thailand we are not simply teaching yoga poses. We are helping students build knowledge, awareness, and a lifelong relationship with yoga that extends far beyond the walls of the yoga shala. Why Koh Samui Is the Perfect Place to Begin Your Yoga Journey People often ask me, “Why did you choose Koh Samui for Diksha Yoga School?” The answer has never been simply because it is beautiful. Yes, Koh Samui has white sandy beaches, warm tropical weather, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets. Many students tell me that by the third or fourth day of the course, they already feel calmer, sleep…

[1

post-1562","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog
["GET
